What is Nutritional Therapy?

A Qualified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is someone who holds a certification in Nutritional Therapy from the Nutritional Therapy Association. As such, NTP’s are allowed to see clients on a one on one or group basis. An NTP will offer personalized functional diet and lifestyle recommendations addressing symptoms to create root cause healing tailored to your specific Bio individuality. Nutritional Therapy is based on a foundational approach, relying on your body and its communication through the Functional Evaluation, Lingual Neuro Testing (LNT) and Energy Testing. These modalities are used to identify and correct root cause nutritional deficiencies and dysregulation of foundational organs. Through diet, short term natural supplementation and lifestyle evaluations you will learn how this holistic foundational approach will put you on a path to living the best quality of life you possibly can. Good health deteriorates with an inadequate diet and stressful lifestyle choices. Dysregulated digestion, blood sugar, and hydration produce the consequences of hyper/ hypo thyroid, hypo/hyper adrenal stress, leaky gut, dysbiosis, Autoimmune disease, obesity, gallbladder removal, reflux, joint pain, depression, fybromyalgia, arthritis, inflammation, food allergies, mineral deficiencies and hormone imbalances. Good health beigins in the mind by changing your mind set.
